Sales tax will be added to the purchase price as required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments shall be made in Canadian dollars.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if payment has already been received.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services and may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase by contacting support@interviewoptimizer.com.

For subscription-based services and credit packages:

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
• Any unused credits will be forfeited upon refund.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
  • You will retain access to any remaining credits until they expire or are used;
  • No additional charges will be made; and
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we suspect are fraudulent, abusive, or that fall outside our 30-day guarantee period.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services for any purpose other than as intended. In particular, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or content from the Services to compile a database or directory without our express written permission.
• Defraud, mislead, or deceive us or other users, including attempting to access sensitive account information.
• Circumvent or interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm us or the Services.
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Misuse our support services or submit false abuse reports.
• Use the Services in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in unauthorized framing, linking, or data mining of the Services.
• Upload or transmit harmful viruses or other disruptive code.

• Your Contribution is not false, misleading, or unlawful.
• Your Contribution does not include any offensive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.

Any use of the Services in violation of these provisions may result in the termination of your access.

8. Contribution License

By submitting any feedback, suggestions, or other Contributions, you grant InterviewOptimizer.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and distribute your Contributions for any lawful purpose, without compensation. You retain ownership of your Contributions but hereby waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.

9. Social Media

You may link your account with third-party social media accounts by providing your login information or authorizing access. You represent that you are entitled to disclose such information to us and that doing so will not violate any third-party agreements. By linking accounts, you acknowledge that we may access, store, and use information from your linked accounts in accordance with your privacy settings and our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect these accounts at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.

10. Services Management

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Monitor the Services for compliance with these Legal Terms;
• Take legal action against anyone violating these Legal Terms or the law, including reporting to law enforcement;
• Restrict, suspend, or disable your access to the Services, in whole or in part;
• Remove or disable content that is deemed excessive or burdensome to our systems; and

12. Term and Termination

These Legal Terms shall remain in effect as long as you use the Services. WITHOUT LIMITING ANY OTHER PROVISION, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION AND WITHOUT NOTICE, TO DENY ACCESS TO THE SERVICES (INCLUDING BLOCKING CERTAIN IP ADDRESSES) TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BREACH OF THESE LEGAL TERMS OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW. WE MAY TERMINATE OR SUSPEND YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

If your account is terminated or suspended, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a pseudonym, or on behalf of any third party. We further reserve the right to pursue legal remedies as necessary.

13. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify, change, or remove any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available. We assume no liability for any disruption, delay, or error caused by maintenance, hardware or software issues, or any other cause beyond our control.

14. Governing Law

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. If you are a resident of Canada, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws. By using the Services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Legal Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

15. Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations

To resolve any disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms (a "Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally for a period of at least thirty (30) days following written notice by one party to the other.

Binding Arbitration

If a Dispute is not resolved through informal negotiations, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in Canada (such as the ADR Institute of Canada) in accordance with its rules in effect at the time the arbitration is initiated. The arbitration shall be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, in the English language, and under the substantive laws of Ontario.

Restrictions

Each party agrees that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the parties individually, and class or representative actions are not permitted.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may pursue injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or other confidential information.

16. Corrections

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and update the information on the Services at any time without prior notice.

17. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT, AND WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

18. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL, IN ANY CASE, BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InterviewOptimizer.com, its affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

1. Your use of the Services;
2. Any breach of these Legal Terms;
3. Any violation of your representations and warranties; or
4. Any harmful act you commit against another user or third party.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any claim for which you are required to indemnify us, in which case you agree to cooperate at your own expense.

20. User Data

We maintain certain data you transmit through the Services to manage performance and improve functionality. While we perform regular backups, you are solely responsible for all data you transmit. We assume no liability for any loss or corruption of your data.

If any provision of these Legal Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Nothing in these Legal Terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and InterviewOptimizer.com.
